Law in draft: securing national pharm industry

MedicineA group of Russian parliamentarians has filed  a number of amendments into Medication Circulation Law of Russia. Amendments make provision for 6 years-long prohibition of the usage of information retrieved on pharmaceutical research of applied medicine if no accept has been given by its applicant.

Also, amendments set legal penalties on those companies and individuals infringing upon their conditions.

According to authors’ opinion, such amendments could improve legal security of the russian pharmaceutical companies as long as attract international investments onto national pharm. industry.

Intellectual Property Conference in Moscow

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RussiaPress service of Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry informs on holding “Maturing and Implementing of scientific and innovative politics” conference within the bounds of 10th Moscow International Innovations and Investments Forum on September 8th, 2010 in Moscow.
